Mentoring Programs and Care Services for Youth

Thrive Youth Services LLC in Mounds View, MN designs and provides intensive youth development services that aim to rehabilitate and guide youth up to age 18 (up to 21 with extended care plan). We work closely with various medical professionals, psychiatrists, psychologists, independent living skills workers, and PCA service providers in running special mentoring programs and youth employment schemes that can help them better manage their conditions, get back on track, and improve the quality of their lives. We also provide one-on-one staff servicing for youth with higher behavioral needs.
